I had spotless, new-fashioned room with climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing desk.

The staff was very kind, we got their full attention. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice view. The room also had a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

The staff we met were kind of rude.
